What is the Early Childhood Intervention
Co-Ordination Program (ECICP)?

The purpose of the Early Childhood Intervention Coordination Program is to provide a coordinated early childhood intervention service for children with disabilities from birth to age 6 years and their families by involving people from health, therapy, education and support services working together with families.

A Coordinated Approach Means:
* Early identification of children and families who need support.
* Families are given information and choices about available services.
* Services and families plan and work together to meet the needs of the child
   and the family.
* Quality services are provided.
